2) Data Protection Officer (“DPO” Data Protection Officer) The Owner's structure has a data protection officer (Data Protection Officer or “DPO”). The DPO is available for any information concerning the processing of personal data by the Data Controller, including the list of data processors. 3) Purpose of the Processing The processing is aimed solely at: a) the fulfillment of the Club's statutory activity b) the fulfillment of accounting and administrative obligations and legal obligations in general c) the elaboration of statistics, sending of material

advertising, information, commercial information or surveys d) carrying out control activities for fraudulent conduct, in particular, but not limited to, the insurance concessions provided by the Club for the benefit of Members.

4) Categories of personal data Pursuant to Article 4 of EU Regulation 16/679, the categories of personal data processed may be: a) personal data of the Member (Name, Surname, Address, Telephone Number, etc.) of the Member. b) identification data of the Member or of the car in his name and for which the Member requests association with the undersigned Club (photocopy of identity documents or vehicle registration document, etc.)

5) Compulsory or optional nature of the provision The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in sections 3a) and 3b) is Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters b) and c) of EU Regulation 16/679, as the treatments are necessary for the provision of the contractual services. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional, but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the requested Services. The treatment referred to in section 3c), carried out for marketing purposes on products or services similar to those purchased by the Customer, instead finds its legal basis, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the EU Regulation 16 /679, in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, to promote its products or services in a context in which the interested Member can reasonably expect this type of treatment, for which consent is optional and does not affect the use of the subscribed services. The treatment referred to in section 3d) is also based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to detect frauds and scams committed against him, in compliance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the Regulation.

6) Recipients and Categories of Recipients Personal data may be shared, for the purposes referred to in section 4, with: a) individuals who typically act as data controllers, i.e.: 1) individuals, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and advice to the Owner in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters relating to the provision of the Club Services; 2) subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services 3) subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks). b) External managers, appointed by the Data Controller, for printing and sending documents to the Members c) Subjects, bodies or Authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate personal data pursuant to provisions of the law or orders from the Authorities (for example, in the investigations of a criminal nature, the Data Controller may receive requests from the judicial authority to provide logs of electronic traffic). d) Persons authorized by the Data Controller to process personal data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of services, who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality, such as employees/collaborators of the Data Controller and those in charge of processing. e) Subjects or entities that provide insurance services affiliated with the Club.

7) Place and retention period The treatment will be performed at the headquarters of the Data Controller and at the offices of any appointed Managers. The data will be kept on the basis of the following criteria: a) for the purposes 3a), for the period strictly for the fulfillment of the contracts stipulated by the Member b) for the purposes 3b), for a period not exceeding the time foreseen by the specific obligation or applicable law c) for purposes 3c), until consent is revoked d) for purposes 3e), referred to in section 3), for a period not exceeding the time set by the specific obligation or applicable law.

8) Data processing methods The processing will be carried out in automated or partially automated mode and with tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality. The main types of processing are as follows: collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, and cancellation (oblivion) of data. Any form of automated decision-making is excluded.

9) Transfer of data outside the EU (European Union) Except as specified in section 6) in point a), no data transfer outside the European Union is envisaged.

10) Rights of the interested party The EU Regulation 16/679 grants the interested parties specific rights pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and respectively relating to: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure (oblivion), right to

limitation to treatment, right to portability, right to object, right to limitation.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter the "Privacy Code"), we inform you that the personal data you provide, or otherwise acquired in the context of the activity carried out by the Reckless Aircooled Club based in Via Cappuccini 21 Caraglio 12023 (CN) (hereinafter also "RAC" or the "Data Controller"), may be processed, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations. The data subject to treatment will be used exclusively for institutional purposes, connected or instrumental to the activity of the RAC, as well as to satisfy any requests you may have made.

The provision of data is optional; however, failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

The processing of your personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights, and will take place using suitable tools to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the aforementioned data. The methods of processing the data referring to you will involve the use of manual, computerized and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above.

We also inform you that, in relation to the purposes specified above, your personal data may be transferred and/or communicated to other independent associates as well as to third parties for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the RAC and/or the site and services to it related.

RAC specifies that the data automatically acquired during navigation by the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site (merely by way of example: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user's computer environment), is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

RAC ensures that such data may be used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing. However, these data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Pursuant to article 7 of the Privacy Code, the interested party has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same article, the interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
